My case is pretty similar to the described ones above.

I deposit a lof of money since february 2018 and also got some withdrawals.

Overall something like 46.500 € in and 32.400 € out.

Now after some winnings my balance is 13.400 € - so overall almost even,
but as i tried to withdraw again 2.500 € couple of weeks ago, first it has been heavyly delayed with a lot of excuses,
and then finally been blocked due to pretended "multiple account openings".

Of course i´ve got only my own account and there´s never been any problem until my account balance increased lately.
